Great store and amazing service. Bob and Brian are both super great at customer care. I’ve had a couple issues with my e-bike after purchase and in both cases they took care of me quickly and without charge. The manufacturer even denied a warranty claim where one crank arm was defective and was loose after only 350 miles of riding, which shouldn’t have been denied. But Bob and Brian knew that was wrong and instead of letting me pay, they ate the cost and replaced both crank arms for me for free. Exceptional service all around. Strongly recommend you buy from Love ESports, rather than buying yourself. They stand behind the warranty, sadly sometimes even when the manufacturers don’t.
