Woodard Properties

About the Business

The Woodard Properties team provides the commitment, pride, and energy needed to manage, maintain, and develop the properties. Their first endeavors were designing and building custom homes, but when interest rates rose to 21% in 1981, it was evident that Woodard Properties needed a new direction and focus as they have the Best UVA Apartments based in Charlottesville.

We had an issue in our apartment with the AC unit not working, and Jamie did a wonderful job in responding very quickly and coming to resolve the problem for us the next available business day!

Siporah was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She replied quickly, was super nice, and patiently answered all of my questions. She made getting a parking spot for my daughter, Bella, so easy. I definitely recommend her and will be using her services again when it’s time to search for an apartment for Bella. Her kindness, responsiveness, and excellent customer service were truly appreciated. Thank you so much, Siporah!
